Vadym Iermolaiev, the famous businessman and the chairman of the “Alef” corporation council, told on his Facebook page about the technology applied at “The Dnipro Gardens” (“Sady Dnipra”) company for the harvest protection from hail and sun:
Businessman Vadym Iermolaev says that it is necessary to raise the prestige of vocational professions in Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainians` reluctance to work in this field creates deficit of workers in the country.
Vadym Iermolaev told about it in his interview on YouTube-channel Young Business Club.
“I believe that many people think that the work at the factory is non-prestigious. The state has to do something in order to raise the prestige of people working at the enterprises, to make the work of laborers respected. All people can not be only lawyers and businessmen”.
Moreover, the businessman told about the control of drain of the labour force abroad at the enterprises of “Alef” corporation:
“Currently we can control it only by means of the salaries. People leave Ukraine in order to earn more abroad. Money prevails, despite the fact that their living conditions are much worse there and they are away from their family and relatives. However, the much higher salary in Poland and Czech Republic attracts them. The workers may earn 30 or 35 thousand of UAH at our enterprises, it depends on the efficiency. And this amount is even bigger than thousand of dollars per month”.
Businessman Vadim Ermolaev raised an issue of how much success depends on passion on his page on Facebook. According to him, the fact that only passion for work brings success is one of the most common wrong beliefs of today.
“Should a person have passion for his work?
A phrase of one credit manager sank into my mind: “I never give money to people who say that they “pursue their passion”. I give money to those who open a business, the duller the better.”
It seems to me that one of the most common deception today is that only passion for one’s business brings success.
Not always the case. Passion can be a pillar to start some business, to generate inspirational ideas. But if apart from inspiration a person does not have enough patience, a willingness to work hard and solve not the most interesting and romantic tasks, he has little chance of success.
But if you do your job well, day after day, consciously and persistently, you will see how you are getting better and better. Passion for work comes thereafter. Since not passion brings success, but success brings passion.
I wish everyone to have a fruitful working week,” Vadim Ermolaev wrote.

This is not even “as in Europe” because there is no such thing in Europe yet”, the businessman wrote.
Vadym Iermolaiev published post on his Facebook page where he told why he
communicates with journalists not very often and mentioned one of the most
popular questions to him:
“One day journalists decided to conduct an interview with person who makes all in time. They asked him how he manages to do it. And he said: “Sorry, but I am busy”.
…I communicate with pressmen not very often. Don’t be hard on me, but I really have very little time. And what is more, I don`t like to speak a lot. In particular, I don`t like answering the questions like “How to improve the Ukrainian economy?”.
However, they ask me about this so often, so I will answer, probably.
We have to work.
Plain and simple”.
